Our full service exchange package including K-Tech Pro-Valve piston kits front and rear, to take the standard KYB units to the next level.

We hold rear suspension units and fork cartridges in stock ready for customisation to your weight and riding style, so you aren't waiting while your own suspension is stripped and rebuilt. Send your forks, cartridges and rear shock to FTR and you'll receive a fully serviced, re-valved and re-sprung set with K-Tech pistons fitted.

Includes strip, clean, re-valve, fresh high performance oil, new non-progressive springs to suit, K-Tech Pro-Valve piston kits front and rear, and labour to change cartridges into customer supplied forks.

Before ordering, please tell us

• Rider weight including riding kit
• Intended bike use (road, trail, rally etc)
• Pillion use and weight, if applicable
• Make, model and year of your bike

PLEASE NOTE:

This service is based on new-ish suspension units that aren't worn out. Any worn internals or damage to fork legs etc will be charged at an additional cost to FTR Suspension direct. In the case of cosmetic damage to the fork legs these may not be eligible for EXCHANGE service and you will receive your original re-valved-re-sprung forks.

Please ensure when shipping your suspension to the FTR workshop that they are in a reusable box for return to yourself or an additional charge may apply.

Lead times are normally 2-3 weeks but may be slightly longer at busy times.
