Nitron Suspension
CRT Performance Parts are pleased to announce our partnership with bespoke UK suspension specialist Nitron Suspension. CRT can now offer these superb quality rear suspension units as well as matching fork cartridges to improve the handling and adaptability of your bike.
These custom-made suspension units are manufactured to order to suit your riding style, weight and bike's intended use, and as such there is usually a lead time of 2-3 weeks.
What we need before ordering
Every Nitron unit is built to the individual rider, so please contact us with the following before placing your order.
- Rider weight including riding kit
- Standard height or plus 30mm (off-road)
- Intended bike use (road, trail, rally etc)
- Pillion use and weight, if applicable
- Preferred spring colour (Nitron Green or Black)
- Whether a Hydraulic Preload Adjuster is required
Nitron Adventure R1 Shock
The most rugged Nitron shock and a perfect partner for street and adventure riding. Specifically designed and built for Dual-Sport and Adventure bikes, the Adventure Series shocks offer exceptional year-round road and trail performance like no other.
Using billet aluminium components, Adventure shocks vastly improve the ride and handling of the bike at a significantly reduced weight compared to a standard shock. Adventure shocks feature heavy-duty 16mm rods and a high-flow 46mm piston, both custom tuned and developed for the demands of long-haul street riding through to Paris-Dakar style endurance events.
The R1 has one damping adjustment, with the adjuster knob affecting both compression and rebound simultaneously for simple set-up, making it a more road-biased shock. It features spring preload as well as shock length adjustment, comes preset for damping and preload, and includes the bearing end spacers and preload adjustment tool.
Nitron NTR Adventure R3 Shock
Tailored to experienced riders who demand the very best, the NTR ADV R3 shock's performance is achieved through accurate control of its 3-way independent damping. Instant feedback is transmitted from the rear wheel, allowing the limits of traction to be confidently explored.
Nitron TVT22 Adventure Fork Cartridge Kit
The TVT22 Adventure has all of the same features as the TVT22, but with the addition of a hydraulic bottom-out control system to avoid harsh impacts when landing from jumps, along with internal settings designed specifically for adventure bikes.
Independent adjustment of rebound (right fork) and compression damping (left fork) is both easy to use and extremely effective. A key feature is the third, high-speed damping valve incorporated into the compression cartridge, pre-set to react to high-speed, hard-edge bumps which normally unsettle a well damped set-up. All three valve pistons can be quickly removed for re-valving without taking the forks off the bike.
Titanium finish
Titanium and hard-anodised parts are manufactured by hand to last not only the lengthiest of endurance races but also the harshest of winters.
Fitting service
Due to the complex nature of the installation and the unique tools required, TVT fork cartridge kits should only be fitted by Nitron or one of their authorised fitting agents. Lead times
All Nitron shocks and cartridges are hand made to order to each individual customer's requirements. Lead times are normally 2-3 weeks, but at certain times may be slightly longer. For a more accurate delivery time please get in touch.
